Available positions in Tilburg, NL 

Dutch Positions 

Customer Support employee in Dutch (40 hours p/w)

Duties: making our customers happy with new products! You are responsible for good and efficient communication with our customers by phone, mail and (live) chat with which customer satisfaction is central. You are able to give good advice, facilitate the customers and ensure satisfaction. Moreover, you have a commercial attitude. You process data in our systems and serve our business customers.

Marketing & Sales employee in French (minimum 16 - 20 hours p/w, possibility for full-time)

Duties: making our customers happy with new products, maintaining our French website such as writing new content and formatting articles (product input), as well as new product launches. In addition, you will be involved in marketing actions on our channels such as Google, socials and affiliates. E-commerce affinity is a plus.

Duties: making our German-speaking customers happy (bilingual or native German), maintaining our German website such as formatting articles, further possibility: maintaining our German marketing campaigns.
